In the first chart we have the US films which registered the highest point of the films in Britain with 75% followed by Australia with 69%. The lowest point went to other films in Britain; also no Australian films were shown in Britain. The second chart: the line graph is increased; in the first year Britain had the highest beginning with 100 million and the Australian with 40 million. The British attendance from 1982 to 1998 is not stable but the Australian increased. In the last year Britain increased to 150 million and Australia attendance had 90 million.

Finally, Britain showed slightly more US films than Australia and cinema attendance in Britain was always high.

USA and EEC unemployment levels

The graph shows the levels of unemployment among men and women in the USA and EEC for a 10 years period.

The highest percent of unemployment during the 10 years period is USA men and women. In 1972 the number of registered USA men and women’s unemployment was 5 million. Then it decreased to 4.2 million in 1973 and from 1974 to 1975 the number jumped to almost 8 million but in the last year the level increased to almost 9 million. In contrast EEC men and women registered 3 million the same as USA men then in 1979 EEC men and women registered 6 million. The last year was similar to USA men and women. EEC men and USA men: there is some similarity between them. The EEC men began with 2 million then from 1976 to 1977 it was steady at 3.5 million, the same as USA men; the last year both registered 4.5 million.

Finally, the USA men and EEC men are almost in the same increase and decrease. USA men and women register the top level and EEC men and women come second.
